Shipping
All orders are shipped within the processing times indicated on each item page. Delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method. During busy periods, such as Christmas, delivery may take longer than expected. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.
Please make sure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. 37 Blackbirds will not be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Standard Post
Standard shipping with An Post does not include a tracking number. You will receive a confirmation when your order is shipped; however, it will not be possible to track the delivery process. Orders sent by standard post are shipped at the customer’s risk. 37 Blackbirds will not be responsible for items lost in transit when standard post is selected.
Registered Post
Registered post with An Post includes a tracking number. You will receive your tracking number once your order is shipped. While registered post offers tracking, 37 Blackbirds will not be responsible for delays in delivery.
US Shipping
For orders shipped to the United States, I will submit the required electronic customs declaration at the time of shipping. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by U.S. Customs or the carrier are the responsibility of the customer.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are determined by U.S. authorities. I have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Orders may be delayed by customs processing, which is outside my control.
Returns
Delivery costs are non-refundable. If returning an item, the customer is responsible for paying the return delivery costs.
